Ensuring a Safe and Inclusive Campus for All
At St. Theresa's Arts and Science College for Women, we are committed to ensuring a secure,
inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In compliance with
the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013,
the Centre for Legal Awareness & Internal Complaints Committee (CLAICC) has been established to
address complaints related to sexual harassment and other forms of gender-based discrimination,
while upholding the dignity, rights, and safety of everyone on campus.
The CLAICC serves as an essential platform for preventing harassment, promoting legal awareness,
and providing a confidential space for individuals to report grievances. The committee is
committed to handling all complaints with confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

How to File a Complaint:
If you experience or witness harassment, you can submit a written complaint to the CLAICC using
the following methods:
- In Person: Visit the CLAICC office on campus.
- Via Email: Send your complaint to [Insert ICC Email Address].

witnesses to the incident.
All complaints will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
